As a Professional Engineer, proficient in the complex technical standards of site design, construction, and maintenance, Dr. Presswood has analyzed numerous projects for evaluation of levels of initial design, construction, and adequacy of maintenance. Additionally, he has provided extensive analysis of sites regarding hydrology design for protection against potential flooding conditions.

 

Dr. Presswood has had considerable experience in the planning, design, and development of large and sensitive projects, some in excess of 30,000 acres in size, such projects often including environmental assessments, contract negotiations and construction quality control and assurance.
